Enjoy breathtaking views in a White Lion Lodge

Immersive views of African lionesses…

The four single-storey lodges can sleep up to six guests and offer incredible views of our white lionesses.

Witness these incredible carnivores through the huge windows in the bedrooms and living areas. There is also an outside decking area to relax and enjoy up-close views of these stunning big cats.

In one bedroom, you will find a super king-sized bed. In the other, there are twin single beds with a double bed above, perfect for young adults or children.

The Wildlife

Lions are one of the world’s most iconic big cats, renowned for their strength, social bonds, and thunderous roar. White lions are not a separate species to African lions – their pale fur is caused by a genetic condition called leucism, which reduces pigmentation. In the wild, lions with this genetic condition have only ever been found in the Timbavati region around Kruger National Park in South Africa.

Here at West Midlands Safari Park, you can watch our female white lion group as they relax, play, and explore their specially designed habitat – a rare chance to see these beautiful big cats up close.
